1 Small Step To Take
Slow down.
Slowing down is the first step to seeing clearly what reality really is.
1 small step for the following week: when you are eating or walking, try deliberately eat slower, walk slower.
At first you might feel a bit fear of letting go, fear of missing out, but hidden in it is this subtle feeling of calm.
Then you will start to realize that you don’t need to be always on a rush, at all.

慢下来。
慢下来是看清现实到底是怎样的第一步。
接下来一周尝试:每次吃饭、走路的时候,都故意慢一点。
刚开始你可能会感到一种不敢放手的害怕,或者会错过点什么(比如吃饭时候不看手机好像就会错过几个大新闻几个亿)。但是在这种害怕后边会有一种平静的感觉。
然后你会逐渐意识到原来你根本没必要一直处于一种快快快冲冲冲的焦虑状态里,事也没少干一件。
