Welcome! My names is Ted Wild.

I am that friend who secretly suffered from anxiety for over a decade without anyone knowing about it.

What’s different is that, along the journey, I have managed to self-helped my way out of the mud, corrected a lot of my false mindset, and right now living a mindful and blissful life, continuing a journey of self improvement.

I have learned a lot along the way, but the core of it is that:

All Problems in our life boil down to MINDSET.

The purpose of our life is to build the right mindset, to fully explore ourself and the world, to create, to give out and help others.

This is my online home where I share and learn with you about:

就是你那个看着挺正常实则每天都在抑郁焦虑中挣扎了10几年的朋友。

不同的是,我通过不断学习、思考、去做,纠正了很多不现实的错误心态,终于拨云见日浮出水面,不得不说,自由呼吸的感觉真好。现在每天都平和、有力、比之前更能活在当下。这是一段终生不断进步的旅程。

这一路我学到了很多很多,但总结起来核心是

生活中的所有问题的根源,都是 心态

人生的目的是学会正确的生活心态,充分探索这个世界、认识我们自己,去创造,去分享,去帮助别人。

这里是我网络世界的家,我在这里分享我学到的有价值的经验、想法、工具,希望能帮到更多人。具体来说,内容包含以下方面:
